Calibrations must be scheduled and purchase order received at least two weeks in advance.
How to Obtain Service / Contact Us
To arrange calibrations or repair of your Teseq of Schaffner instrument, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-417-0501 x225 or usasales@teseq.com. A completed RMA form and purchase order or credit card must be submitted for all equipment sent to us. You can speed your repair by pre-authorizing repair service costs and paying by credit card, please see RMA form for more details.
